Charlotte
Charlotte has been a driving force at Issemosegaard from the early days and have throughout the years been in charge of many different things. Her biggest passion is to put love into our house and she spends much of her time fixing, renovating and decorating. She has the overall view of everything that goes on at Issemosegaard and is the primary caretake of all our beloved animals. A part from this she is a trained psychotherapist and is dedicated to integration work, plant work as well as working creatively with her hands.
I am of the opinion that our earth and our world needs healing and I believe that this is best done by starting with ourselves as this creates balance in the individual. We have come far away from our roots and it is time to take some steps back and to live in closer contact with nature and listen inwardly. I believe we need to get out of our heads and listen more to our hearts and gut feeling.
Creative work with the hands
One of the things that help to create healing and balance in our lives is creative expression and immersion. Working with our hands creates stillness and calmness and also helps to strengthen self-love and belief. Charlotte immerse in all sorts of things such as dream catchers, rustic jewelry and shamanic tools. She loves to incorporate things she has collected in nature from near and far and puts a lot of love and soul into her creative pieces. Her craftwork is made mindfully and is imbued with loving and healing intensions to support you energetically and caringly in your further steps through life. She will also gladly create custom made pieces for you or one of your loved ones.
Shamanic Plant Work
Charlotte is been called to work in a close and pure collaboration with all kinds of plants. She has a very strong attraction towards this important work, which luckily means that she can support many souls in a more alternative form of healing. By working closely with the plants she offers healing of the whole being both mentally, physically, soulfully and spiritually.
She has been working shamanically with plants since 2015 and in 2019 she went to Portugal and received her first Master Plant Dieta in the traditional Shipibo style. In the winter of 2021 her journey brought her to the Peruvian part of the Amazonian rainforest where she trained for 2 months with one of our Maestros. More plant dietas has grown since then and the journey has only just begun. Charlotte feels called to exploring and connecting deeper with the Nordic plants around us, which opens up for a whole new chapter at Issemosegaard.
